Recognizes Paynter's 3.97 grade point average while participating in football, basketball, and baseball and remaining active in his church and community.

Commends Paynter for demonstrating dedication, self-discipline, and leadership through his exceptional performance in academics, athletics, and community service.

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to Adam Paynter.
