Commends the Cleveland Municipal Court on its 100th anniversary, established by the Ohio General Assembly in 1911 and opened on January 2, 1912.

Recognizes the court as the oldest court in Ohio and the second oldest municipal court in the United States.

Acknowledges notable accomplishments including being the first court in the nation to start summons by mail and to establish a probation program with psychiatric testing.

Honors well-known judges affiliated with the court, including Mary B. Grossman, Perry B. Jackson, and Lillian W. Burke.

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to the Cleveland Municipal Court.
