Acknowledges his contributions including increasing pension oversight responsibilities, recommending pension law changes, establishing the ORSC website, and serving on multiple legislative and state committees.

Commends his dedication, efficiency, competence, and commitment to improving quality of life in Ohio throughout his career.

Directs the Clerk of the House to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to Aristotle L. Hutras.
