Authorizes the Chief Administrative Officer of the House of Representatives to pay members whose mileage reimbursement was not paid for the last quarter of the second year of the 128th General Assembly.

Authorizes travel allowance payments to Ohio House members based on their round trip mileage from their place of residence to the seat of government by the most direct highway route, as provided under Section 101.27 of the Revised Code.

Specifies round trip mileage amounts for 139 House members ranging from 42.4 miles (Andrew Brenner, District 02) to 420 miles (Casey Kozlowski, District 99).

Identifies 16 members with "N/A" listed for mileage, including John Carney (District 22) and Ted Celeste (District 24), who do not receive travel allowance payments under this resolution.
