Notes that adult workforce education has trained over 89,000 adults and 2010 high school career-technical graduation rates reached approximately 99 percent with 90 percent placement rates in college, career, or military

Acknowledges that career-technical education helps fill Ohio's skills gap by preparing students for over 78,000 unfilled jobs in the state

Directs the House Clerk to transmit the resolution to legislative leaders, the Association for Career and Technical Education, and Ohio news media
