Commends Brittany Lawson, a student at Doug Yates Karate School, for winning multiple gold medals at state and national karate tournaments in 2011.

Lawson won four gold medals in the thirteen-year-old beginner female division at the 2011 Ohio State Championships in long weapon, short weapon, kata, and kumite categories.

Lawson earned two gold medals, one silver medal, and one bronze medal at the 2011 USA National Karate-do Federation National Championships, and three gold medals at the 2011 United States Karate Federation National Championships.

Lawson qualified for the 2012 Junior Olympics and demonstrated exceptional skill, integrity, and leadership throughout her training and competition.

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to Brittany Lawson.
