Ohio University men's basketball team won the 2012 Mid-American Conference Championship with an 11-5 conference record and finished the season 29-8.

Team advanced to the Midwest Regional semifinals of the NCAA Tournament under Head Coach John Groce and his assistant coaches.

House of Representatives applauds the players and coaches for exemplary athletic achievement, sportsmanship, and leadership reflecting positively on the university and community.

Resolution recognizes the value of athletic competition in the education of young people and the life skills gained through sports participation.

Clerk of the House of Representatives shall transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to the Ohio University men's basketball team.
