Randy Bailey received the 2011 National Citizens Police Academy Coordinator of the Year Award and is being honored by the Ohio House of Representatives of the 129th General Assembly

Bailey is a 28-year veteran of the Westerville Division of Police serving as a crime prevention officer with the Community Services Bureau

He oversees recruitment, curriculum development, instructor development, class scheduling, application review, and background checks for the Westerville Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association

The House of Representatives applauds Bailey's professional attainment and recognizes him as one of Ohio's finest law enforcement officers
