Honors Robert M. Chiaramonte for his more than thirty years of service with the Ohio State Highway Patrol and dedication to public service.

Recognizes the dedication of Heritage Hall at the Ohio State Highway Patrol Academy in Chiaramonte's honor for his outstanding career achievements.

Notes Chiaramonte's career progression from patrolman starting in 1942 through his appointment as superintendent in 1965, serving in Hubbard, Warren, Geneva, and at the Academy before retiring in 1975.

Acknowledges his institutional innovations including line, stationary, and aviation-assisted patrols and the Blue Max auto larceny enforcement program.

Directs the House Clerk to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to Robert M. Chiaramonte.
