Authorizes Ohio Hi-Y Youth in Government to use the Ohio House Chambers for its model legislature event on April 7-9, 2011, contingent upon facility availability.

Recognizes Ohio Hi-Y Youth in Government as a beneficial educational organization that provides students with opportunities to understand government structure and legislative processes.

Acknowledges that using the actual House Chambers will give students an accurate depiction of how state government operates and legislation is created.

States that participation in the program prepares students to become informed citizens and productive members of society through practical experience and civic engagement.

Directs the Clerk of the House to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to Ohio Hi-Y Youth in Government.
