Honors the St. Vincent - St. Mary High School boys basketball team for winning the 2011 Division II State Championship by defeating Thurgood Marshall 57-46.

Team finished the season with a 19-9 record and achieved their second state championship in three years and sixth title since 1984.

Commends Coach Dru Joyce for providing guidance and inspiration that helped develop players' talents and instilled values of determination, perseverance, and camaraderie.

Recognizes the team's achievements as a reflection of pride on the players, families, school, and community, and acknowledges the educational value of athletic competition.

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to the St. Vincent - St. Mary High School boys basketball team.
