Requires licensing boards to submit applicant information to the Ohio eLicense Center within 60 days, where it must be posted prominently and accessible to the public for locating health care services and making professional referrals.

Applies to physicians, dentists, psychologists, counselors, social workers, marriage and family therapists, occupational and physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, audiologists, and dietitians.

Clarifies that posted information does not restrict professionals from practicing within their scope, does not affect liability or standard of care, and serves only to assist the public in finding appropriate health services.
