Enacts section 2907.12 of the Revised Code to criminalize knowingly engaging in an act of sexual bestiality.

Establishes that violation is a first-degree misdemeanor, or a fifth-degree felony if the offender has a prior conviction for the same offense.

Defines "sexual bestiality" as sexual conduct between a human and an animal involving insertion of human genitals into an animal's vaginal, anal, or oral opening, or insertion of animal genitals into a human's vaginal, anal, or oral opening, for sexual arousal or gratification.
