Amends section 4503.41 of the Revised Code to create a new category for disabled veterans with service-connected disabilities rated below 100 percent by the Department of Veterans Affairs

Veterans with less than 100 percent service-connected disability who meet criteria in section 4503.44(A)(1) may apply for disabled veteran license plates upon payment of one-half of all applicable fees and taxes

One-half fees apply to the regular license fee, local motor vehicle license tax, service fees for license plate issuance, and any additional fees under sections 4503.40 or 4503.42, with amounts rounded to the nearest full cent

License plates issued under this new provision must be distinct from those issued to 100 percent disabled veterans and shall display the word "veteran" and the international wheelchair symbol

Updates terminology from "veterans' administration" to "department of veterans affairs" throughout the section
