Requires air conveyance system cleaning servicers to register with the Ohio Department of Commerce and obtain a unique registration number before performing services or advertising in the state.

Prohibits deceptive practices including misrepresenting system dangers, false claims about sponsorships or certifications, and knowingly making false reports to consumers; violations constitute unfair/deceptive trade practices.

Establishes registration standards including financial responsibility requirements, work experience, and mandatory commercial general liability insurance of at least $500,000 per occurrence.

Allows the Director of Commerce to deny, suspend, or revoke registrations for fraud, incompetence, criminal convictions relating to consumer protection, or non-compliance with workers' compensation requirements.

Requires servicers to display registration numbers on business locations, advertisements, vehicles, and all consumer contracts; contracts must clearly state the servicer's name, address, registration number, insurance proof, and total price.
