Amends section 1739.05 of the Revised Code to require multiple employer welfare arrangements operating group self-insurance programs to comply with laws including the newly enacted section 3923.521.

Enacts section 1751.621 requiring individual or group health insuring corporation policies providing basic health care services to cover expenses for human papillomavirus screenings and vaccinations as prescribed by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Enacts section 3923.521 requiring individual or group sickness and accident insurance policies and public employee benefit plans to provide benefits covering human papillomavirus screening and vaccination expenses as prescribed by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Applies to policies and plans delivered, issued for delivery, or renewed in Ohio.
