Creates the Ohio Bed Bug Infestation Task Force with 15 members including the Director of Health (as chair), representatives from state departments (aging, agriculture, commerce, development, job and family services), and private sector representatives appointed by the governor with senate consent.

Task force must meet at least quarterly until submitting its required report, then meet as determined necessary by the chairperson; Department of Health provides meeting space and support staff.

Task force shall submit a report within one year of appointments covering impact on vulnerable populations, governmental roles in bed bug control, best practices, and recommendations on monitoring, chemical treatment, local health board assistance, enforcement responsibilities, and needed legislation.

For chemical control recommendations, task force must consult federal officials and may assist the Director of Agriculture in applying for an emergency exemption from federal pesticide regulations if appropriate.

Members serve without compensation except to the extent service is part of their regular employment duties; Ohio Administrative Code provisions on task forces do not apply.
