Designates July 2012 as "World Choir Games Month" in Ohio to recognize the 7th World Choir Games being held in Cincinnati from July 4-14, 2012

The World Choir Games is the largest choral competition globally, held every two years, and Cincinnati will be the first American city to host the event

Expected to draw over 400 choirs from more than 70 countries with approximately 20,000 official participants and up to 200,000 spectators

Choirs will compete in 23 musical genres with barbershop and show choir added as competition categories for the first time

Expresses appreciation to Interkultur, the Cincinnati Organizing Committee, and volunteers for their efforts in securing and hosting this cultural event
