Urges the President of the United States and NASA Administrator to select the National Museum of the United States Air Force at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base near Dayton, Ohio, to display a retired space shuttle orbiter.

The National Museum of the United States Air Force is described as the world's oldest and largest military aviation museum, attracting 1.3 million visitors annually and currently housing Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo spacecraft.

The museum has one million square feet of climate-controlled exhibit space, an adjacent runway capable of landing shuttle carrier aircraft, and professional staff experienced in aerospace vehicle restoration and preservation.

Wright-Patterson Air Force Base is located in Dayton, Ohio (the birthplace of aviation), within the National Aviation Heritage Area, and within a 600-mile radius of 61% of the U.S. population.

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit copies of the resolution to the President, NASA Administrator, Congress, the Ohio Congressional delegation, and Ohio news media.
