Designates April 2011 as Primary Immunodeficiency Awareness Month in Ohio

Recognizes primary immunodeficiency diseases as disorders where part of the body's immune system is missing or does not function properly, caused by intrinsic or genetic defects

Notes the World Health Organization recognizes over 200 primary immunodeficiency diseases and that an average 12.4-year delay occurs between symptom onset and diagnosis, potentially affecting up to 250,000 people in the United States

Encourages all Ohio citizens to learn about primary immunodeficiency diseases and support those affected by them

Directs the Senate Clerk to transmit copies of the resolution to the Immune Deficiency Foundation and Ohio news media
