Appoints Larry Obhof (Republican) to fill the Ohio State Senate vacancy in the 22nd Senatorial District created by Bob Gibbs' resignation effective December 31, 2010.

Appointment made by Republican-affiliated Senate members pursuant to Section 11 of Article II of the Ohio Constitution, which provides for filling vacancies with members of the same party as the previous senator.

Requires certification of the resolution and voting record (yeas and nays) to be recorded in the Senate journal and certified by the Senate Clerk to the Secretary of State.
