The Ohio Senate honors Darryl Cloud for receiving the 2011 Robert E. Yaokum Award from the National Precast Concrete Association on October 15, 2011.

Darryl Cloud is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam War who has worked for Concrete Sealants for twenty-one years and served on the National Precast Concrete Association's board of directors from 2003 to 2006.

Cloud currently serves on the National Precast Concrete Association's Onsite Wastewater Product Committee and has volunteered for numerous charitable causes.

The Senate recognizes Cloud as an outstanding professional and community member whose dedication and commitment to excellence have earned him respect and esteem throughout the region.
