Authorizes the Western Ohio National Forensic League District to use the Ohio Senate Chambers for its Student Congress competition on March 17, 2012, contingent upon facility availability.

Permits students to participate in a mock legislative debate that provides an accurate depiction of state government and the legislative process.

Recognizes the educational value of the competition in helping students better understand government, appreciate the legislative process, and prepare for productive citizenship.

Directs the Senate Clerk to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to the Western Ohio National Forensic League District.
