The Ohio Senate honors the Findlay High School We the People team for winning first place at the 2012 We the People: The Citizen and the Constitution State Championship.

The team earned the right to represent Ohio at the We the People National Finals through their performance at the state tournament.

The resolution recognizes the team members' knowledge, composure, creativity, preparation, and mental agility demonstrated throughout the competition.

The Senate commends the team for their passion for learning and problem-solving, which exemplifies academic excellence and serves as an example to their peers.

The Clerk of the Senate is directed to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to the Findlay High School We the People team.
