Honors the Doolittle Tokyo Raiders on the 70th anniversary of the Doolittle Raid, celebrated at B-25 gatherings in Urbana, Ohio on April 14-17, 2012, and at the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force in Dayton

Commemorates the April 18, 1942 mission in which 16 U.S. Army Air Force B-25 bombers led by Lieutenant Colonel James H. Doolittle launched from USS Hornet and attacked Tokyo and four other Japanese cities

Recognizes that all 16 aircraft were forced to crash land in China and Russia due to fuel limitations, resulting in the capture of eight airmen, four of whom did not return home

Applauds the members of the Doolittle Tokyo Raiders for their heroic service, their contributions to the nation's heritage, and their record of achievement

Directs the Senate Clerk to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to the Doolittle Tokyo Raiders
