Commends Nilyshia Johnson, a twelfth-grade student at Chaney High School and Choffin Career and Technical Center, for winning the 2012 Heinz Ketchup Creativity Contest.

Recognizes that her winning artwork will be featured on ketchup packets distributed to schools across the United States during the 2012-2013 academic year.

Acknowledges Johnson's artistic aptitude, creativity, imagination, discipline, and hard work as exemplary qualities reflecting positively on her family, teachers, schools, and community.

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to Nilyshia Johnson.
