Honors Walter Celley, a 1976 graduate of Owens Community College, for receiving the Distinguished Alumnus Award from the Ohio Association of Community Colleges.

Recognizes Celley's career as a former law clerk to U.S. District Judge John Potter and attorney in private practice since 1989, with memberships in Federal, Ohio State, Toledo, and Wood County bar associations.

Acknowledges Celley's extensive volunteer service with the Perrysburg Area Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, Schools Foundation, Owens Community College Alumni Association Board, Wood County Regional Airport Authority, and Boy Scout Troop 101.

Commends Celley for more than twenty-five years of legal representation in Northwest Ohio and his demonstrated commitment to community service and civic responsibility.

Directs the Ohio Senate Clerk to transmit an authenticated copy of this resolution to Walter Celley.
