Commends the 251st Cyber Engineering Installation Group of the Ohio Air National Guard for receiving the Mission Support Trophy from the National Guard Association of the United States as the top nonflying unit in the entire Air National Guard.

Recognizes the unit's accomplishment in establishing and maintaining communications networks in war zones, with headquarters at Springfield-Beckley Municipal Airport managing eight Engineering Installation squadrons across six states.

Notes the unit has won the Air Force Outstanding Unit Award ten times since 1973 under the leadership of Colonel Norm Poklar.

Praises the unit members' dedication to duty, service to the country, and contributions to the community, recognizing their hard work and sacrifices.

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to the 251st Cyber Engineering Installation Group of the Ohio Air National Guard.
