Credits Moser with strengthening research, teaching, and outreach at OSU, securing over eighty patents, establishing the Food Innovation Center, and constructing new facilities during his tenure

Acknowledges Moser's involvement in organizations including the U.S.-India Knowledge Initiative on Agricultural Education, National Association of State Universities and Land Grant Colleges, and the Ohio Livestock Care Standards Board
