Ohio Senate commends Archbishop Moeller High School football team for winning the 2012 Division I State Championship, their eighth title in school history.

Team defeated Whitmer 20-12 in the championship game and finished the season with a 12-3 record.

Recognizes Coach John Rodenberg and his assistants for providing guidance and instilling values of determination, perseverance, and camaraderie in the players.

Acknowledges the educational value of athletic competition and praises the players as exemplary athletes and citizens of Ohio.

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to Archbishop Moeller High School football team.
