Recognizes Trubisky's senior season performance at Mentor High School, including 4,000+ passing yards, 42 touchdown passes, 835 rushing yards, and 18 rushing touchdowns.

Notes Trubisky's leadership helped the Cardinals reach the Division I State semifinals.

Commends Trubisky for exemplifying qualities of discipline, perseverance, hard work, and good sportsmanship under Coach Steve Trivisonno.
