Recognizes April 2011 as Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Month in Ohio

Notes that April was designated as National Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Month by the United States Congress in 1983

Calls for cooperation among public leaders, family members, educators, and faith-based and civic organizations to address and prevent child abuse and neglect

Urges all Ohio citizens to observe the month with appropriate programs and activities

Directs the Senate Clerk to transmit copies of the resolution to the Ohio Children's Trust Fund and Ohio news media
