Creates the Career Exploration Internship Program administered by the Development Services Agency to award grants to businesses employing high school students (ages 16-18 or in grades 11-12) in paid internships.

Internships must last at least twenty weeks with a minimum of two hundred hours of paid work and instruction in Ohio; businesses must apply before the internship start date with supporting documentation from the student and school official.

Grant amounts equal the lesser of fifty percent of wages paid to the student intern during the first twelve months or five thousand dollars, conditional upon receipt of a completion report from the business within thirty days or thirteen months.

Limits businesses to three approved internships per calendar year and requires a meeting between the student intern and school official within thirty days or thirteen months to discuss career experiences and goals.

Appropriates one million dollars to the Career Exploration Internship Fund in fiscal year 2015, funded by transferring cash from the Economic Development Programs Fund on July 1, 2014.
