Power Squadron license plates require a $15 contribution per registration/renewal and a $10 administrative fee, with funds distributed equally to United States Power Squadron districts 7, 11, 24, and 29 for educational boating programs

Combat Action Ribbon or Badge license plates are available to military personnel awarded the combat action ribbon or badge, with plate design including reproduction of the award, and no additional contribution fee required

Nationwide Children's Hospital license plates require a $25 contribution per registration/renewal and a $10 administrative fee, with all contributions paid to the Nationwide Children's Hospital Foundation

Amends section 4501.21 to add the new license plates to the license plate contribution fund and specifies distribution of revenues to the respective organizations
