Establishes a 7-member Gender Pay Disparity Task Force composed of representatives from the House, Senate, a labor law attorney, business interests representative, and Ohio women's organizations representative

Requires at least four task force members to be women, with members appointed within 30 days of the bill's effective date

Task force must determine the extent and causes of pay disparity between men and women in Ohio and develop legislative recommendations to decrease the disparity

Requires the task force to issue a report with findings and recommendations to the Governor, President of the Senate, and Speaker of the House within six months of the effective date

Task force automatically ceases to exist upon issuance of the final report
