Exempts individuals from OhioMeansJobs registration and reemployment service requirements if their active work search requirement has been waived or if they are attending approved training courses or meeting other specified conditions.

Clarifies that ineligibility for failure to participate in reemployment services applies only to the specific weeks a claimant was scheduled and failed to participate without justifiable cause.
