Creates "Ovarian Cancer Awareness" license plates available to owners or lessees of passenger cars, noncommercial motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, and other approved vehicle classes

Collects a $25 contribution per application and renewal that is deposited into the license plate contribution fund and distributed to Cancer Support Community Central Ohio for the Sheryl L. Kraner Fund

Charges a $10 administrative fee per ovarian cancer awareness license plate application to compensate the Bureau of Motor Vehicles for additional services

Corrects four memorial highway designations by changing "Middletown" to "Monroe" for the Sgt. James C. Robinson, Jr. Memorial Highway and changing "state route" to "United States route" for three highways honoring military members

Corrects spelling of "Nickolas" to "Nicholas" in the Cpl. Nicholas H. Olivas Memorial Highway designation and changes military rank from "SFC" to "1SG" for the Ricky L. McGinnis Memorial Highway
