Eliminates the Medicaid Buy-In for Workers with Disabilities Program by repealing sections 5163.09 through 5163.0910 of the Revised Code

Removes coverage for employed individuals with disabilities and employed individuals with medically improved disabilities from optional Medicaid eligibility groups

Reduces the income eligibility threshold for pregnant women from two hundred per cent to one hundred thirty-three per cent of the federal poverty line

Changes the income eligibility threshold for parents and caretaker relatives from ninety per cent to thirty-four per cent of the federal poverty line

Removes three provisions from Medicaid waiver component requirements that protected individuals participating in the buy-in program from losing or having services reduced based on participation in that program
