Allows a mother to bring an action declaring that a father is the parent of a child conceived through rape or sexual battery, provided the father was convicted or pleaded guilty to the crime and the mother was the victim.

Prohibits a father declared to be the parent of a child conceived through rape or sexual battery from obtaining or exercising any parental rights with respect to that child.

Prevents a father who was convicted of or pleaded guilty to rape or sexual battery from filing paternity actions to establish a parent-child relationship when the victim was the child's mother.

Bars inheritance rights for a father or his relatives when the parent-child relationship was established through a rape or sexual battery declaration under this law.

Allows mothers who are victims of rape or sexual battery to seek declarations of paternity in divorce, dissolution, legal separation, or annulment proceedings against convicted perpetrators.
