Replaces the term "handicapped" with "person with a disability that limits or impairs the ability to walk" throughout Ohio Revised Code sections governing parking, vehicle registration, and election accessibility.

Changes special parking location designations from "handicapped parking" to "accessible parking spaces" or "disability parking spaces" in all new signs and replacement signs posted after the bill's effective date.

Existing signs bearing the word "handicap" may remain in place until replaced; new or replacement signs must use the word "accessible" and cannot contain any form of the word "handicap."

Updates parking enforcement officer authority in cities and villages to enforce ordinances governing "accessible" parking locations rather than "handicapped" parking locations.

Modernizes definitions in sections 3501.29 (polling place accessibility), 3781.111 (building standards), 4503.44 (disability parking registration), and 4511.69 (parking regulations) to use consistent, person-first disability terminology.
