Creates a "Support School Choice" license plate available for passenger cars, noncommercial motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, and other approved vehicle classes.

Requires a $25 contribution per vehicle registration or renewal, plus a $10 additional fee; contributions are deposited into the license plate contribution fund and distributed to School Choice Ohio, a nonprofit organization providing information about school choices in Ohio.

License plates shall bear the words "support school choice" and an internet address (16 characters or fewer) established cooperatively by the Department of Education and Bureau of Motor Vehicles linking to school choice information.

Directs the Department of Education to maintain a prominent website location with current information about school options including community schools, private schools, homeschooling, scholarship programs, gifted education, joint vocational schools, and open/post-secondary enrollment.

Plates display county identification stickers and can be combined with special reserved license plates; sections 4503.77 and 4503.78 do not apply to these plates.
