Applies to compensation paid during four-calendar-month reporting periods, with agents required to disclose the amount of compensation and the name and business address of the paying employer.

Removes the term "statement of expenditures" in favor of more general statement language throughout the relevant code sections to accommodate the new compensation reporting requirement.
