Permits school districts, community schools, STEM schools, college-preparatory boarding schools, and nonpublic schools to procure epinephrine autoinjectors on school premises for emergency anaphylaxis treatment, with encouragement to maintain at least two autoinjectors per school.

Requires schools that procure epinephrine autoinjectors to adopt policies governing their maintenance and use, developed in consultation with a licensed health professional, including prescriber-issued protocols, storage locations, trained personnel authorized to administer them, and emergency procedures.

Allows residential camps and child day camps to procure epinephrine autoinjectors under similar policy requirements and prohibits liability for schools and camps for good faith actions related to epinephrine autoinjector procurement, maintenance, and use unless constituting willful or wanton misconduct.

Permits students to possess and use prescribed epinephrine autoinjectors at school if they have written approval from both a prescriber and parent/guardian, with a backup dose provided to the school, and requires emergency medical services to be contacted immediately after use.

Exempts schools and camps from state licensing requirements for possessing epinephrine autoinjectors and allows manufacturers and wholesale distributors to donate autoinjectors to schools and camps; requires schools and camps to report all procurements and uses to the state education or job and family services departments.
