Legislative Description
That is scheduled to take effect January 1, 2017, to continue the provisions of this act on and after that effective date to require that an elector's political party affiliation be determined by the party the elector indicated on the elector's voter registration form and to specify that currently registered electors retain their current party affiliations unless they update their registrations.
