Amends section 4779.02 of the Revised Code to add pharmacists to the professional license exception for orthotist, prosthetist, and pedorthist licensing requirements.

Adds Chapter 4729 (pharmacy licensing) to the list of professional licenses exempt from orthotist, prosthetist, and pedorthist licensing requirements when practicing within their scope of practice.

Allows individuals holding current, valid pharmacy licenses under Chapter 4729 to practice orthotics, prosthetics, or pedorthics without obtaining a separate license under the Orthotist, Prosthetist, and Pedorthist Licensing Law.

Clarifies that the exemption applies only when licensed pharmacists are practicing within their professional scope of practice under applicable statutes and rules.
