Amends sections 3905.01 and 3905.06 and enacts section 3905.063 of the Revised Code to create a new limited lines travel insurance agent licensing category in Ohio.

Defines "travel insurance" as coverage for personal risks incident to planned travel, including trip cancellation, baggage loss, accommodation damage, and sickness or death during travel, excluding major medical plans for trips lasting six months or longer.

Permits the superintendent of insurance to issue limited lines travel insurance agent licenses to individuals and business entities to sell, solicit, or negotiate travel insurance through licensed insurers, with exemption from standard examination and education requirements.

Requires limited lines travel insurance agents to establish and maintain a register of travel retailers offering insurance on their behalf, designate a responsible licensed agent for compliance oversight, and ensure employees receive training on insurance types, ethical practices, and required disclosures.

Authorizes travel retailers to offer and disseminate travel insurance under a limited lines agent if charges are separately itemized or clearly disclosed, funds are held in trust and remitted within 60 days, and unlicensed retailers are prohibited from evaluating policy terms or representing themselves as licensed agents.
