Requires the director of job and family services to annually report the names of the 50 employers employing the most public assistance recipients (those receiving CHIP, Medicaid, Ohio Works First, or SNAP benefits).

Each annual report must specify the number of public assistance recipients employed by each of the 50 employers and the total state cost for providing benefits to their employees.

Reports are public records but cannot include identifying information about individual employees.

Requires distribution of reports to all General Assembly members, the director of development services, the controlling board, the tax credit authority, and JobsOhio.

Mandates that development services, the controlling board, tax credit authority, and JobsOhio consider the report information when awarding contracts, subsidies, or incentives to employers, and notify job and family services of the report's impact on their decisions.
