Appropriates $114,000,000 for fiscal year 2014 and $290,000,000 for fiscal year 2015 from the General Revenue Fund to supplement the Straight A Program under Section 263.325 of Am. Sub. H.B. 59

Director of Budget and Management, in consultation with the Medicaid Director, may reduce appropriations in other General Revenue Fund items affected by Medicaid eligibility expansion to offset these amounts

Establishes that the Director of Budget and Management shall maintain accounts tracking the source and amount of funds for each appropriation made in this act

Subjects all appropriations in this act to the provisions of Am. Sub. H.B. 59 of the 130th General Assembly that are generally applicable to such appropriations
