• Requires county offices with an automatic data processing board to comply with sections 307.84 to 307.847 of the Revised Code when using credit cards for data processing purchases.

• Maintains existing permitted expense categories including food, transportation, gasoline, motor vehicle repair, telephone, lodging, and internet service provider expenses, plus expenses for public children services agencies.
