Provides health insurance benefits for surviving spouses and dependents of police officers, correctional officers, and firefighters killed in the line of duty through the Public Employees Retirement System (PERS), Ohio Police and Fire Pension Fund, and State Highway Patrol Retirement System.

Surviving dependents receive coverage until age 18, or age 22 if enrolled as full-time students; surviving spouses receive coverage for life with prescription drug and supplemental coverage.

Boards must pay all associated health insurance premiums for surviving families, including Medicare supplement policies for surviving spouses who become Medicare-eligible.

Creates new statutory sections (145.585, 742.452, 5505.282) establishing specific health insurance benefit requirements for line-of-duty death survivors across the three retirement systems.

Amends existing sections to reference and conform to the new survivor benefit provisions while maintaining other retirement system health insurance coverage rules.
